Hello, I’m Michael Meyer. Way back in the 1980s, I studied Business & Law at the University of Colorado in Denver and then received my license to practice Financial Services. I’ve served in management & executive roles for Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Co., Manulife Financial Corp., and Bankers Life Insurance & Annuity Brokerage Co. For more than 30 years, I’ve shared my expertise with thousands of people nation-wide who wanted greater financial security in their lives.

American Financial Security began just after the 2008 stock market crash. I witnessed way too many associates, neighbors, friends and even some family members, lose their jobs and their life savings to the jaws of Wall Street and Corporate greed. That financial devastation motivated me to dedicate my career to helping people protect and maximize their retirement savings so they can enjoy their ‘Golden Years’ in life.
